I had some issues getting my voucher and then getting my CD Key for Guild Wars Nightfall in my email. I talked to Dan who sat their the entire time online and worked with me. I am pretty surprised by how patient he was and the level of service I received. He also had some lady call my house to verify my order and she sat on the phone with me to make sure everything was correct. I really appreciate the amazing service. Being treated this way will definitely make me come back and recommend the site. Their is a lack of customer service and professionalism in the business world so I really appreciate that from Dan and the lady that called me. I wish I had known her name. Dan will know I am sure.
