HO: Halloween Event

1. Players will now be able to gain Candy from Lots  
2. Players can choose to A) Eat the Candy or B) Save up 2 pieces of Candy to turn into the Central Island Boatman in Spirit Spire. (When a player eats the candy they will gain 10% additional EXP)
3. If you choose to give the Central Isle Boatman your 2 pieces of Candy he will then transport you to Central Island. Once you are on Central Island kill the monsters there during the event period. Monsters have a chance to drop "Magic Bottles" that will drop  A random Halloween Tube. (DO NOT TURN IN YOUR 2 PIECES OF CANDY TO THE CENTRAL ISLE NPC UNLESS THE EVENT IS ANNOUNCED IN GAME)

** Notes about Event When you receive a piece of "Candy" you will notice a 60 on it. This is not the number of pieces of Candy you have. This is the amount of time for the item. (60 Minutes) If you have 2 it should show 100 minutes for 1 piece of candy and 20 in a seperate stack. To put it simply a player will need a total of 120 mintues of "Candy" time to enter Cental Island. (Again only turn them in when the event is announced in game.)
