Process For Buyer

First Step： Create buyer account(Please register ByGamer Account in first step or before your checking out.)

1.Select language of your page

2.Click the "Sign In", then click "Register", and ready to enter your information.
(Notice: Please enter your valid Email and Telephone. Because the trade massages will be sended to your Email in time, and we´ll confirm your telephone by calling.)

3.Click "Sign Up".

4.When you register successfully, it will login your account.

Second Step: Buyer purchase process

1.Begin purchase: click the "Buy" of the navigation bar.

2.Choose the item´name、server、product name and quantity you want purchase to query the informations of the seller.

3.View the trade record of the seller when you move your mouse arrow on the name of him/her, so that you can choose a good credibility one.

4.Items can be saved into your shopping cart automatically after select, then you should enter your character name and trade place, and click "Check Out".

5.ByGamer审核订单成功后，就会通知卖家发货。卖家可以申请订单递送期限延长，您可以同意或拒绝延时。

一旦卖家发货，您会收到收货确认邮件,在GameTalk 里也会有消息提示。等待买家确认的时间为原订单递送期限增加2天的时间。

注意：您收货成功后，请您登录ByGamer帐户，更改订单状态。如果您对订单有任何疑问，可以及时提出争议。如果您在规定的时间内没确认收货或提出争议，我们将视订单为完成或部分完成。

6.After disputing, seller may continue to deliver the items or reconfirm delivery and keep on the dispute. ByGamer will serve as an arbitrator finally.

7.When the order is completed, you may check the payment records and the refund records in the Purchase History.

手工订单交易：当您已经与卖家协商好手工订单交易后，您将得到卖家创建的手工订单地址，打开相应的页面可以支付。为提高交易的安全性，ByGamer将严格审批订单资料。

Third Step: Upgrade to seller
