How does ByGamer deal with the disputed order? |
|
After disputing, seller may continue to deliver the items or reconfirm delivery and keep on the dispute. ByGamer will serve as an arbitrator finally. The disputed time is five days more than the delivery time, if the buyer has no operations within the time, ByGamer will regard the orders as the completed or partially completed; If the seller has no operations within the time, ByGamer will cancel the order, and refund the money to buyer. |

How does ByGamer make money? |

There is no charge to list virtual goods for sale and there is no additional charge to buy. We only help financial institution( such as Paypal, credit card company, Alipay, etc.) charge a commission fee of transaction and currency conversion to sellers for every transaction completed successfully. The commission fee is only 5% at present. Actually, we operate and manage ByGamer for free. |

How can I communicate with seller when we can not know each other's language? |
|
To provide the best service is ByGamer's pursuit. To solve the language problem, ByGamer provides you the short message communicating service, which means you can communicate with the sellers speaks another language by clicking the Check Information button and copying the short message to the table. |

How can I judge the seller is trustful? |
|
We have developed unique seller rating systems to protect both buyers and sellers. Buyers can view seller record, including orders received , completed Orders, last transaction, seller's rating, etc. We encourage new sellers to provide a comparatively lower price to get some basic credits. Also, we encourage buyers purchase goods from highly-rated sellers. |

What happened if the seller doesn't deliver my goods? |
|
Sellers won't be paid and won't maintain a good rating unless they deliver all your goods within the time allowed. The seller has the full duration of the time window you selected to complete delivery of your goods. If this window has expired and you have not received all your goods, you can file a claim with ByGamer. If the buyer and seller are unable to work out a resolution of this problem transaction, ByGamer will refund the amount that you have not received. Please note that buyers who initiate a chargeback with their credit card company or Paypal rather than using the byGamer claim process may be banned from buying again in the ByGamer marketplace.
We strongly recommend that you file a claim with ByGamer before asking for a refund with your credit card company or Paypal. We will deal with your issue ASAP. |

How is delivery accomplished? |
|
Once goods is selected and paid for, your funds will be hold in a secured intermediary trust account in Paypal, Moneybookers or Alipay. These all depends on your payment currency type. Then, we will notify the seller that he should deliver the goods to you within the timeframe you selected. The delivery of the currency will happen either through in-game email,face to face trade or through some other means depending upon the game. It is the seller's responsibility to deliver the goods to you and we do not release your money to the seller until delivery has taken place. In the unlikely scenario where your currency is not delivered or is late, the seller's rating will decrease and in certain situations he may be banned from the marketplace. ByGamer will then refund your money or ask another seller to fill your order. |

How do I make a purchase on ByGamer? |
|
Step 1: Start on the ByGamer home page by selecting the game in which you wish to buy virtual goods.
Step 2: Next, you will be prompted to select the realm (or server) where you play, and your faction if appropriate.
Step 3: You will then be prompted to select goods quantity and delivery period. You'll notice that prices vary based upon quantity, delivery time and Seller Rating. You may choose the goods make you most satisfied here.
Step 4: Select the offer which is right for you and add it to your cart. When you're ready to take payment, You will then be asked for your game account information so that the seller can deliver the currency directly to your in-game account. The whole process only takes a few minutes.

What does Manual Order mean? |
|
Manual Order does not have to been placed on our website. If the order is created, you can make the transaction directly with buyer. Seller can negotiate with buyer and send the link of order to buyer to make the transaction. You can use the manual orders without any restrictions to transact in the all virtual game items. |

How do i know the buyers place order to me? |
|
The websites provide a new software-Game Talk Trading Genius.Game Talk is a kind of software designed for the instant informing of your order.It will inform you not only the actions of order being checked or changed,but also the receiving of a new order or new message. |

What can I do if the buyer doesn’t confirm delivery? |
|
After you delivery successfully, the waiting time for the buyer confirm orders is two days more than the delivery time. If the buyer has no operations within the time, ByGamer will regard the orders as the completed or partially completed. |

Why my account of ByGamer has been Banned? |
|
Your account of ByGamer has been suspended,It may be caused by following reasons:
1.You placed orders to buy your own gold to raise your credibility.
2.The price you set on our website is much lower than that of others. And when you received orders of such items, you ignored or denied the orders.
Please make the transaction legally and honestly accroding to the rules of platform!

How to be a verified seller? |
|
Register certified account, seller is required to provide a copy of his/her ID card or driver’s license and send to us by either email or fax with “For approval of ByGamer” written on it. An active phone number and address are also required. We will call the seller to process the approval in 3 to 5 days after receiving the information. |

What are my responsibilities as a seller? |
|
You are responsible for trading in a manner that is consistent with the Bygamer creed of transparency, respect and honesty. Furthermore, we expect our sellers to obtain goods only through fair and legitimate means and to always be courteous to other gamers. Once a trade has been made, you are responsible for delivering the goods that you sell within the specified time-frame. If you do not deliver within the specified time period or cancel a sale, your seller rating will go down and you may find that you are restricted in how you can list on Bygamer. We do this to protect buyers and to encourage buying from highly-rated sellers. |

What happens if the buyer chargeback? |
|
ByGamer has developed the latest fraud-prevention system. All the orders you received have been authenticated, while we can't promise there is no chargeback. ByGamer will absorb the chargeback as long as you can provide the corresponding correct screenshots of delivey. |

Can I withdraw funds in non-US Dollar? |
|
Yes! There is no fee to withdraw funds in US Dollar. If you withdraw funds in non-US Dollar, we charge a plat fee of currency conversion, exchange rate and additional fee imposed by the bank.In order to avoid vicious and illegal currency conversion, we generally charge a little more than generic banks charge for currency conversion. But you may save more time and avoid unnecessary troubles.
(PS: Chinese citizens have certain currency conversion quotas each year.) |

How does the rating system work? |
|
The highest rating a seller can achieve is 5.0.
This would reflect a perfect record of fulfilling every order on time.
While some sellers may achieve the perfect 5.0, most will not. Buyers should look for sellers who overall have a good record of meeting their obligations.
For every transaction, a seller will be awarded 0-5 points.
Reward:
Successful Delivery = 5 pts (Definition: Buyer acknowledges receipt or dispute window expires)
Partial Delivery (Definition: Buyer acknowledges partial receipt or dispute window expires)
Percentage Delivered Points Awarded
99-75% 4.0 pts
74-50% 3.0 pts
49-25% 2.0 pts
<25% 0 pts
Buyer didn’t receive goods after delivery. Seller takes full responsibility for loss and resends goods, 5 points. If not,
0 point.
Punishment:
Seller cannot delivery goods within expected time and cancels the order, -2 pts.
Failure to deliver without notice, -4 pts.
Buyer didn’t receive goods after delivery.
After dispute, seller cannot offer proof and doesn’t continue to deliver, -5 pts.
Rating Requirements:
1. Seller Ratings formula: ∑ Every transaction point (requires at least one transaction).
2. Sellers without trade history are marked "New Seller". |

What happens if I make a delivery but the buyer claims otherwise? |
|
There is some risk of fraud in c2c sale model. We strongly recommend you capture the the screen when delivery, and you may provide some evidence when the buy file a claim with ByGamer. ByGame has a unique resolution center to resolve dispute. Please contact with us through email when the buyer open a dispute, we will deal with issue ASAP. |

What if I can't deliver the currency that I've sold? |
|
If you are unable to deliver the currency that you've sold, please log into your account and select the checkbox that indicates such next to the specific undeliverable offer. This allows us to find another seller to complete the transaction for the buyer before the delivery time period has expired. Note that your Seller Record will decline in this scenario, but not by nearly as much as if you don't deliver and don't give us forewarning. |

Why haven't I received my payment yet? |
|
You can check that your account has been credited for a sale by going to My Account and visiting the Payments page. Sales proceeds will be credited to your account immediately if delivery is confirmed by the buyer, or in seven days if the buyer's acknowledgement window expires with no response. Credit for proceeds from sales that are disputed or under fraud investigation may be held pending the resolution of the dispute/investigation. Currently, disbursements are processed within 24 hours of proceeds being credited to your account. |

How do I sell on ByGamer? |
|
We always try our best to make the seller registration process easier and faster. We specially released our localize edition website for chinese Gamer, and also provide localize service for them.
1.sign up for a free ByGamer account. Once you are ready, you will be asked to link your ByGamer account with a verified PayPal account or Alipay account, or to create a PayPal account or Alipay account if you don't have one already.
2.Now you are ready to begin. Select the game, server (or realm), and the faction, where necessary, in which you wish to sell virtual goods. Next, you will be prompted to select a goods quantity and delivery period, for which you are responsible for delivering. Set your price and you are done. The whole process only takes a few minutes. |
